Welcome to ProFix Handyman Services. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our handyman services and website.
1. Service Agreement
By engaging ProFix Handyman Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services include but are not limited to home repairs, maintenance, installations, and general handyman work.
All work will be performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
2. Pricing and Payment
All quotes are estimates based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual work required and materials used. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. A 50% deposit may be required for larger projects over $500.
3. Warranty and Liability
We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the original work performed. We maintain full liability insurance for your protection.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge.
For projects in progress, cancellation terms will depend on materials ordered and work completed.
5. Safety and Access
Client must provide safe access to work areas and ensure pets are secured during service. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if safety conditions are not adequate.
Any hazardous materials discovered during work will be handled according to local regulations, with additional costs if required.
